    Led a multitude of product design initiatives for the architecture/infrastructure component of Lonely Planet’s digital product organization to enable delivery of inspirational travel content across LonelyPlanet.com, Fortune 100 partnerships (Google, Apple, Samsung), and award-winning mobile apps for iOS/Android/Tizen.

    • Translated corporate directives into concise, compelling infrastructure improvement programs via OKR execution, process improvements, metrics reporting, cost and KPI analyses, roadmapping and resource allocation.

    • Drove all technical program initiatives to create, deploy and manage an ecosystem of 30+ different extensible APIs and microservices that allowed partners to integrate and consume Lonely Planet content in real time.

    • Spearheaded a company-wide effort to migrate several fragmented CMS platforms to a new consolidated CMS, resulting in reduced costs, and significantly reducing deployment time by over 90% (2W  24H).

    • Prompted the UI/UX redesign of several key site features and internal admin tools to streamline the content creation process, resulting in enhanced user experiences and increased customer engagement and site retention.

    • Implemented project planning system to streamline and communicate actionable project vision, and execute a wide range of project management processes, resulting in faster stakeholder buy-in and increased team efficiency.
